The stay was remarkable! the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. They gave us great tips on hiking trails and recommended some delicious local cuisine. the hotel was squeaky clean and well-maintained. the wellness area was a fantastic retreat, especially when it was raining outside. I enjoyed unwinding in the relaxation area that offered a breathtaking view of the mountains. the location was perfect, nestled in a quiet spot, with a serene walk up through the forest nearby. the whole experience was refreshing.
We did encounter a slight issue with our dog-friendly room, but the owner went out of their way to make it right for us. They were extremely helpful in accommodating our needs, even providing additional blankets to cover the carpet.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the warm and friendly staff at the hotel. They were always ready to help and gave great suggestions for nearby attractions. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable and the comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep. The location of the hotel was also a highlight, with easy access to hiking trails and stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Plus, the wellness area with steam and sauna rooms was a perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring.
Although we booked in advance, we arrived to find that all the rooms for larger dogs were taken. However, the owners did their best to resolve the issue and accommodate us in a different room.
